I keep having dreams about someone I haven't seen in years?

and in those dreams I'm usually surrounded by people that I was when I would be around that person...those people most of them I also haven't seen in forever

it's usually like this reunion thing... and I usually have a list of things I want to say to this person or do to them.....like give them a hug say this say that....but I don't usually get the chance to do these things...or if I do...it's 1/5 and I'm unsatisfied -I always wake up before I get my chance- and I'm always hesitating in my dreams

I have it every now and then

this is someone i had a crush on...but never got to tell them....but this person isn't the only one--one of many--...so why is it always that person..............

I would say the dream is trying to tell you to seize the day and speak your mind.  The hesitation in your dreaming life, does it carry over into your waking life?  why not take a chance and say the things you'd like to say to the people who are in your life now....
