I keep having dreams of family and now friends dying...what can this mean?

I have dreamed about my brother-in-law, brother and now a lady who is like a second mamma, dying. In all but one instance I knew how they died. So what does this mean, it is really starting to freak me out? I have recently started taking estrogen could this be causing the weird dreams? I have always heard if you dream of a death this means there will be a birth is this true?

Well it probably means that your fears are minipulating your dreams and that the worst is happening. Next time try not to do the things that cause strange/bad dreams. Having sugar right before bed, lying/being giulty of something, or watching a movie/shows that has these events in it late at night. About the birth thing, it's not true. people just say that because people all ways have bad dreams and people always give birth and if everyone never went to bed they will still have babies, just they will be very cranky.
