do you want to have a baby girl now ? or do you always think of children or any kids before you sleep? cause normally, what you think or do right before you sleep. you'll end up dreaming of it . i have it before too and i'm onyl 15 too(: Don't worry. Maybe someone you know is pregnant.  When I was 13, I had a dream that I was pregnant, it was not possible for me to be pregnant, but my older sister was.

Another time I dreamed someone handed me a baby that was mine, turned out my friend was pregnant.

I've had other pregnancy or baby dreams and each time someone I knew was pregnant.

But baby dreams could  also mean the beginning of something new in your life.

It could be an insight of your family 10-15years from now. Since your 15 yrs old it could also mean beware of your sexual activies because you can become pregnante  if your not carful. Use protection (not to sound like a afterschool special) but life is hard enough with highschool and being 15 yrs. Why complicated things further by having  a baby girl. You might be stressing out of certain responsibilities in your life. Being specifically a girl might have something to do with things the relate to female matters. Can't tell you much with just what you gave. If you are stressing out, just do one thing at time. I don't mean to scare you, but everytime i have a dream about someone being pregnant someone i know dies, never the peron that is pregnant though.. or it means someone you know will get pregnant.
