  1. Yahoo is not gonna solve this problem. You need to go to the coo coo house.

  2. You need more help than you will get in Yahoo.  Go to the nearest emergency room and express these thoughts to a doctor.

  3. Have you ever watched The Amityivlle Horror 2? Watch it... It might give a couple answers...

  4. Seek help, tell your folks  the principal anyone you feel you can trust

  5. I suggest you take these simple procedures....

    1) Calm down, breath deeply when you have these thoughts

    2) Tell an adult or a doctor...

    3) Stay away from sharp things.....

    4) talk to your family about this, have an intervention

  6. love breacks all bonds of hate.

  7. sometimes, when im really mad, i think of what it would be like to kill someone. but i know i'd never do it, because i love them. if you've ever been serious about hurting them, tried to, or had to seriously talk yourself out of it, seek psychiatric help. it may be shameful to tell your parents "i need help. i have fantasies about killing you" but think of the possible consequences if you don't.

  8. This is a very serious problem. Talk to someone who you can trust and tell them what's going on, what you are thinking about. It is also very important that you dicuss this with your parents. That way you will have a very good chance at getting the proper help that is needed to help you with this. Meanwhile try to keep yourself busy when these things come to mind. Get involved with fun activities that will keep you busy. Another good thing is to seek spiritual guidance.

  9. tell your mom and dad you need help and fast...

  10. It's possible that you might be.  But this isn't the place to get help.  I'd start with your GP.  There's quite a bit of help available these days.  And now it's more shameful to hide it than to get it fixed.

It's not your abilities that make you who you are, it's your choices. You aren't a bad person - you're a good person that bad things have happened to.  Believe it.

My brother-in-law used to be manic - in a good way.  He was over the top friendly, energetic, out going, etc.  But then he had a depressive swing.  He became abusive, lazy, and so on.  Eventually, he moved in with his folks and stayed in bed 24/7 for months. But a little Prozac, and his life has turned around.

I'm not suggesting you need Prozac.  I'm suggesting you need a diagnosis.  The worst thing that could happen is that they might not be able to help you.  But that's happening right now - because you haven't asked.

  11. If these thoughts really scare you, go tell a therapist now!
