I keep having this dream. Could it mean something?

In the dream I am at school, and I can't see anything, my eyes won't open every once in a while I get a blur of something. I keep trying to hold my eyes open with my hands but they won't stay open. And the whole time I am thinking to myself "I need to go put my contacts in."

Do you wear contacts? There is a link between dream experience and real life experience, especially worries, problems etc. So no, it doesn't *predict* anything or have some deep symbolic meaning. It's a reflection of your problems with contacts (or, possibly, fear of needing contacts). (I.e. the last sentence of the abstract in the study below. Only source I have immediately to hand discussing this).
