I’ve been getting headaches for over 10 days now. It seems to be at the front and the side of my head. I had an eye test about a month ago and everything was clear. I revisited the opticians but they told me to see my doctor. Went to the doctor but he said he can’t see a problem, he checked my eyes, temperature and blood pressure. Pain killers don’t take it away and I feel c**p everyday I wake up, I use computers everyday but the doc says that’s not the problem. What could it be?

  1. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. The old, "I've got headache and don't know why"

Shall I tell you, yes, I shall.

DEHYDRATION my friend. I guarantee if you neck a pint of water now and then sip one over the next hour, you'll be fine.

  2. u could be dehydrated or just sick... or could be migraines.

try drinking more water, most headaches are caused by dehydration... but i get them when I'm ill! :(

hope helps nd u get better :)

  3. give it knockout, stab the c**p outta it, then the headache will bugger off back home

  4. I had a similar thing following an accident involving a tree. I went to casulty and got no help as they said it was too expensive for me to have an MRI. When I finally got one I was told I had sinusitis. I've now been prescribed a simple two week course of stuff and I should be fine afterwards.

You really sound like you have exactly the same to me. Sinusitis doesn't mean being blocked up or anything it can be just headaches that really hurt.

I recommend you go back to your docs or get a second opinion.

  5. it could be many causes, sometimes stress other times due to illness like cold or fever etc.

try to do some exercises and eat lots of vegetable.

yoga, pilates, meditation etc. or get some massage sessions from therapists. or even some health shoes

  6. My brother suffered similar symptoms a few years ago when he was renting a flat, turned out the gas fire had a small leak and the carbon monoxide was making him ill.

    detectors are available from B&Q
