I keep pulling my calf muscle when i'm at swim practice. Do you have any tips? i stretch too..?

So before each practice, i stretch out my legs and my arms but after practice starts i pull my calf or leg muscle. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

  1. Stretch. Another important thing is to eat bananas. I have one about an hour before every practice. I don't notice how much they work until I forget to eat one. You'll totally notice the difference.


  2. You may have a calcium deficiency. That is a major contributor to muscle spasms.

    Get some simple calcium tablets and take for a week or two. The problem should improve.

  3. you need more stretching.

    and eat bananas!

  4. ur body needs more potassium like in banana's.

    i sometimes have this problem

  5. Squeeze your muscle so that it loosens up.
