It's b/c i've got pressure on me to find a job from my partner. He's been supporting me througout my degree which I've just finished & now I'm being registered as a teacher this week. He went over seas last week & he keeps calling me to ask if i'm registered & if i've found a job. In the last 10 minutes i've sighed 20 times! How do I stop this? Why am I so stresseD?

  5. haha.. Tell him to stop stressing you out.. You are probably just worried bcoz of him. Try exercising more regularly maybe this will help. It lowers your heart beat rate.. maybe the physical relaxing state might drift on to your stressed mental state and make you feel relaxed both ways. Good luck dudete

  6. Your anxious and stressed, because your partner is pressuring you, maybe you could mention to him, that you will get organised when your good and ready, and not before.

  7. your stressed because your taking in to many things at ounce that your brain starts to feel overloaded and your trying to find a way to relief the stress by sighing
