I kinda agreed to work tonight, but...?

My boss wanted me to work tonight.. long story short, I'm now working the shift. She would have had to work it if I didn't. But she gave me the option to work tonight or not. I didn't want her to work, but I have two tests to take at 9AM. I get off at 7AM. Should I have said no?

Yes, if I was in your position I would have said no. Because for many people, they need proper sleep for a test and the stress usually included. However it all comes down to a matter of choice, there must be a superior reason as to why you said yes to her.
