I kinda want to have a black light/strobe light party what should we do at the party?

Only 3?!? Have some fun with it, invite about 10. It's a Halloween party and people wont feel left out like at a b-day party. But, it's up to you. What to do? Well, it depends on the age range. 10 and under, I would suggest some games, trick or treating, costume contest, try looking for some activities on the web. 11 and older, I suggest... maybe making some halloween music mixes and having a little dance party. The strobe light looks great at a dance. And maybe you could have some of your favorite scary movies so you guys can choose some to watch. For both, Food should be themed, and, if your're up to it, have fun and dress up. They don't have to be "kiddish" costumes. But remberer, it's YOUR party. Do what you want! :)

Encourage wild makeup if the three of you don't want to attend in costume. Music could be brought in as breaks, dancing probably would not be your major entertainment, but what about games and ghost stories as well as scaaary movies if it's all adults?  Food of course and moderate drinking or non-alcoholic cider or sodas.  If you have child or children in that three try animated flicks until juvenile bedtime and after that, get really scaaary with something like 1408, The Cell or American Classic humour.

You can hang black paper on the walls and give people neon paints or pens to write on the paper (draw, w/e) and it will glow in the black light.  They sell the pens at Spencers in the mall.
