I kno so stop whining!?

i kno ive asked this so don't whine!and please don't say do better at spelling or any nonsense!

cow do i convince my mom to let me get a pet rat?i want one soooooooo bad!!!!!!!i went to a pet store and held one but she didn't want to so i did.im doing all i can!all i can think of that is.so plz give me more chores lol.thx.

#1. Prove to mom and you are responsible enough to have a pet rat.  This means taking care of your own things, cleaning up behind yourself and behaving maturely. (this means no whining, hee hee)

#2.  Do research on rats and why they make good pets.  They are actually a great first pet as they don't require tons of care, and are relatively inexpensive to own.  In addition, they are rather smart for a rodent and can be affectionate.  Be sure to tell mom that pet rats are not the same as city rats.  That it's like comparing family dogs to wild coyotes. Have a list of what it would cost, what supplies, the how's and when's you plan to care for it etc.

Make a powerpoint with facts, and info about them and of course cute pictures! That will show her you are serious about the rats and show them you are well informed and can take care of them on your own. It worked for my gerbils :) Good luck!
