I know Aliens Are Real, but...?

I know aliens are real, I mean, the universe is endless, we couldn't be the only ones out there. But do you think they know about us? Do you think the goverment knows about them, or has made contact with them? Do you think our future lies with them? Do they have special abilities? Are they humans like us? Please answer a few of these questions, and your views about aliens.

Since I have never seen an alien, or a ghost, or anything like that, I do not believe they exist. I have to have my own proof. When other people say they have seen a UFO, or come into contact with an alien or even seen a ghost, I just shrug and say, "So what???" If I haven's seen them, they don't exist. Short and sweet, black and white, end of story!

anything is possible I'm sure were not the only living life out there. there could be smarter living life forms out there. aliens could already know about us and who knows what the government keeps from us. they maybe more advance then us so they might not look exactly like us. (this is what i think)

Considering the size of the universe, it's reasonable to believe that somewhere there could well be another civilization of intelligent beings.  Even though we don't know for sure, it's very very likely just by the laws of probability.

But if it is true, then the nearest of these civilizations would be at least thousands of years away,even traveling at the speed of light.  There's no way they could know about us or we could know about them, unless they had some kind of technology way beyond our capabilities.  And I mean WAY beyond--like the ability to travel faster than light.

If aliens were visiting us, then for sure they'd have to be MUCH MUCH more advanced than us.   Not like a man and a dog, more like a man and a snail! Would they be humans like us?  I don't see how someone that intelligent, that far advanced, could be considered human.  Are chimpanzees 'human'?  They would be much further from us than that!

Considering this difference in intelligence and development, I think it's silly to think that our government knows about them and is hiding them from us.  Our govt. isn't any smarter than humans in general (and especially -our- government!).  If these aliens were able to mask themselves from us, the govt. couldn't see them either.  

If the aliens -wanted- to be seen, there'd be no way the govt. could hide them from us.

Maybe the aliens would collude with the govt. to hide themselves and only the govt. would know about them.  But why would they do that?

Now I know as much about this as anyone else, I'm just using logic here. I don't think anyone actually knows.  I just think these are questions you'd need to ask anyone who says he knows aliens exist and are visiting us and the govt. is keeping it a secret.

Depends on how you imagine Aliens to be... I think an alien will definitely exist out 'there', but it doesn't necessarily have to be intelligent, or able to communicate with us. In fact, it may as well be some kind of bacteria or micro-organism beyond our understanding! And heck, it could be sitting there wondering the same thing you're wondering... if there is life on somewhere else in this 'universe'.

"Special abilities" you say? HMmm... I wouldn't call them 'abilities', but rather prefer to say 'adaptations'. Not everything out there is expected to be the same as us. Their environments are obviously going to vary - ie: Gravity differences will result in different 'alien' heights, weights... etc. Their bodily functions may be different too - they may not sexually reproduce like we do, they may not even have eyes - and may therefore rely on maybe... a keen sense of smell? Hearing? No one really knows - we can only imagine.

I think the government hides a lot of information, that’s for sure - things are hidden up to keep the society and its people calm and happy (for example, the military is always making new aircraft and wouldn't want the public to know... this has actually happened in the past, and witnesses have often reported UFO's - which have turned out to be the military testing their weapons and such. I think the same can apply to 'alien bodies' that are apparently 'stored away' –referring to so called Roswell and Area 51 stories here - they are probably humans that have been experimented on and hidden to keep humanity calm. Maybe they are even just enemies? Preserved bodies? Conspiracies... conspiracies...).

If they do know anything about aliens, how to contact them... etc, no doubt they'd hide it to prevent a wide spread of panic. And if it turns out they don't know anything, well then its the society that's running around with an active imagination and a lying tongue (and why not, wouldn't it be wonderful to have some media attention, money, fame - or maybe just to play an extreme prank to see how many people can be fooled?).

Now ask yourself this - if Aliens want to contact us, why don't they just 'knock on the doorstep of the Whitehouse?

And if they don't want to be seen by us, why are there so many 'UFO abductions claims'? Sightings? etc. If they are smart to ‘build’ spacecrafts, why can’t they hide themselves?

It doesn’t really matter what you believe when it comes to aliens and UFO’s (unless you dedicate your entire life towards it) - Either way, it’s not OUR future (as a humanity) that’s affected by them (not at the moment at least). Our future is affected by our science, our developments, our growing population, technology and our environment. Maybe it is ‘them’ that need to fear about their own future?

I believe aliens are out there. I also believe aliens know about us and have actually had contact with us(Roswell!) and have been on(and possibly in) our planet but I don't consider them a threat, because nothing bad has happend because of the aliens.

Although I do think that the aliens wouldn't be really interested with us because we look like cimpanzees compared to them, especially if they were advanced enough to travel through space(and time) to reach our planet.

With the size and variation of the items in the universe it is likely there is life elsewhere. All description of it's form and abilities are totally speculative, including yours and mine. Intergalactic radiation is such that we will never reach them, nor them us,despite all the illusions, hallucinations, and fairy tales you read about their alleged presence. We still have not yet figured out how to pass a living being through the cosmic soup to get to Mars, nor should  we waste the resources to try to overcome the difficulties.  When and if you solve such a transportation problem sell me a ticket to Heaven.

I can only offer my own opinion on this. I do believe there are aliens and I also feel they have been here on earth and know about us as well.  our government knows more about them then they let on. There is a lot our government does that we are not allowed to know about and never will be. I do not feel they keep things from us for our own good or for the fact they think we can't handle the truth but more on the line, the less we know the more power they have over us.

Many say it is impossible for them to travel the distance through space, but we do not know as much as we may might think and can only make guesses of what is and isn't possible. 100 years ago if you heard someone say that one day we would be able to talk instantly to someone across the world and see them while we talked (Internet) they would have said no way that can't be done its a fairy tale, your crazy. But here we are. The thing is we grow we find new ways of doing things and we advance but we are nowhere close to being fully evolved. Read about the Wright brothers and see how they were laughed at for thinking a man could fly with the birds. Yes we are always going to have to listen to people say how stupid we are and how we live in a fairy tale because that's what humans do. I think our future will continue to advance always pushing forward.

See, I love this question because I'm fascinated with Earth and Outer Space.  See, we are definately not the only one's out there, but I don't think we know about them yet because we are millions of light years apart, and our technology is not capable of finding life on other stars that far away.  There have been signs of Aliens in Area 51, and that's where they do all their Alien Research.  But so far, there has not been any true identification of Aliens.  Maybe later in life there will be because we will have more advanced tech. in the future.

As for the question asked...I don't know if they know about us some may and others could still be to far away. Yes, the government knows about them. They(the government) has such great technology that we have no idea about. They are probably  taking the alien technology and making a new weapon from it. Our future may in fact lie with aliens and I really have no idea of what they might look like. There may be many different "species" and they could all look different.

I don't actually have an answer for your question. Just writing in to say don't be swayed by sceptics just because they use harsher words.

For anyone who doesn't believe aliens exist: Forget everything you've been told. Wait for a clear night with no moon. Look up at the sky. Can you really, truly say that it's impossible for aliens to exist?

Or are you too afraid to think for yourself?
