I expect the Blues to do fairly well this season, and certainly better than this past season. They were actually doing pretty good for the first half of the season, but kinda fell apart in the second half. It woulden't suprise me at all if they did that well.

Don't see them finishing with that good, not because the lack of skill but because the Western Conference is stacked.  Not easy finishing first in the Central division with the Wings there, Chicago is also getting MUCH better.  Blues will just miss the playoffs this year.

One thing's for sure-- they finally have gotten Manny a competent back-up.. but, they are much like Nashville in a sense they havent done well in the offseason trading.. No big pick-up on defense to plug the huge holes there-- no offensive punch has been added to ammount to anything big..  

Something just isnt clicking with this team-- sure the pieces are there to begin a great run, but with all the offseason improvements by the Wings and Hawks, it looks like its your guys and mine will be fighting for 3rd in the division-- 80 to 84 pts by both, at best--with no playoff appearance for either...

I'm afraid we're both in for a long season TNA..
