I know Boundary's a pensioned stallion. What does that mean, what happens to him, can he be a stud again?

Pensioned means that they're retired from breeding.  Boundary is finished being a stud.  He will live out the rest of his days happily in the field.  When horses get too old, it's not fair to keep breeding them.  Many start to have fertility problems as they get older.  I read an article that said Storm Cat isn't as fertile as he once was.  Aside from that, older horses have their own health issues to deal with.  It's hard for an old mare to carry a foal because of the extra weight.  It's hard for an old stallion to mount a mare.  So when they reach the point where they shouldn't be bred anymore, they are pensioned and turned out for the rest of their days.
