I know I can jetski in Arizona if I'm above the age of 12, but do I have to have a boating liscence?

you cant drive one at that age even with a course. the license does not carry over from one state to the next. you are wrong. you cannot drive one if you're over 12.(unless you have a parent or a person over 18 with you)  the only thing you are allowed to do is drive a vessel under 8 HP.  shoot, at that age, 12 and under, you still have to physically wear your PFD while underway on a vessel.
