I know I have a virus and keep getting an error telling me that windows is under risk and some files may be deleted ect.

But when I use anti virus (NOD32), it tells me that I have 0 infections.

I know I have a virus on my computer.

--------------------------------------...

And also windows asks me if I want to download aanti viruss program, and when I say no/yes it just pops up a new window in Internet Explorer telling me that the site is blocked because the site has been sending E-mails to other people telling the people that if they pay them money they will give them something.

I'm not sure if that last thing really helps.

  1. Why don't you uninstall NOD32 and download/reinstall the latest version.

  2. Try downloading these apps to help you out:

    Hijack This

    Spybot S & D - It could be spyware not a virus

Adaware Personal version - It could be adware not a virus

  3. Nod32 is a very good AV its weakness is it does not pick up on some spyware.

    Download & run:

And also windows asks me if I want to download aanti viruss program, and when I say no/yes it just pops up a new window in Internet Explorer telling me that the site is blocked because the site has been sending E-mails to other people telling the people that if they pay them money they will give them something.

This tell me you have a rogue program on your PC, malwarebytes will remove it.

    Tip:

No AV or antispyware program works 100%, I never got a virus with Nod32, but I did pick up some spyware, so use a layer approach to spyware, by downloading the program above, you can run Nod32, if you think it missing spyware run malwarebytes, if you think its missing virus (un-likely) then do a free online scan with bitdefender.

  4. it could be a trojan variant, use a dedicated trojan remover free http://spywaretrojanremover.com/compare

  5. i would go into "safe mode" and run your virus scan

  6. Get Avast Anti virus it will get rid of any type of harmful thing from your computer ex: virus, malware, or trojan horses

It also warns you that they have found a virus heres a picture
