1) (3x + 5)³

2) (n - 4/n)² <-- that's " n minus four over n"

3) (3e - 4)(e² + 7e - 22)

4) 4(y - 7)² - 17

These have just to be expanded and simplified.

I'm so bad at maths!

Thank you all for all your help <3

  1. 1) (3x + 5)³ = 27x^3 + 45x^2 + 225x + 125

    2) (n - 4/n)² = n^2 -8 + 16/n^2 = (n^4 -8n^2 +16)/n^2

    3) (3e- 4)(e²+7e-22) = 3e^3+21e^2+66e -4e^2-28e +88

    = 3e^3 +17e^2 +35e +88

    4) 4(y - 7)² - 17 = 4(y^2-14y+49) -17 = 4y^2-56y +196 -17 = 4y^2 -56y + 179

  2. 1. (3x+5)(3x+5)(3x+5)

    (9x^2+30x+25)(3x+5)

    27x³ +90x²+75x +45x² +150x+125

    27x³ +135x²+225x+125

    2. [(n-4)/n]²

    (n-4)² /n²

    (n²-8n+16)/n²

    3. (3e - 4)(e² + 7e - 22)

    3e³+21e²-66e - 4e²-28e+88

    3e³+17e²-94e+88

    4. 4(y - 7)² - 17

    4(y - 7)(y - 7) - 17

    4(y²-14y+49)-17

    4y² - 56y +196 - 17

    4y² -56y +179

  3. 1. 27x^3+135x^2+225x+125

    2. n^2-(2/n)+(16/n^2)

    4. 4y^2-56y+179
