I know a dwarf named Jacob, he has a full out beard and he's 13. Is this normal?

It's weird. Any advice? It's none of my business, but he's too scared to get it checked out to himself. So I offered to figure it out for him.

Maybe this Jacob kid hit puberty early and its growing faster then normally?

Get him checked out at the hospital. It isn't normal, even for a dwarf.

He shouldn't be scared about his problems, they can help him.

its not really normal but i guess he hit puberty earlier, its nothing that serious.
