I know for sure i'm being stalked by a police officer

b/c i'm a suspect in a crazy situation what should i do it's creeping me out i've seen him before what should i do about it i tried calling the cops they can't do anything about it sinse i'm a suspect

Whatever you do, don't give him the finger. A friend of mine did that to a cop car and wound up with 4 tickets and his car was towed.

If you are a suspect, get a lawyer to protect your rights.

It is call an investigation not stalking. They are following you to watch you to get more stuff on you.

If you are a suspect in an ongoing investigation, then what the officer is doing isn't "stalking", but "investigating".

If you are a suspect...then you are under investigation...its not stalking.  It's called police doing thier job.

If you are a suspect in a case, and the officer is on duty, then he is not stalking you, he is performing surveillance.

If the officer is part of the crazy situation and not on duty, it could be considered stalking.  In that case you need to contact Internal Affairs.
