I know is is a wwe section but did anyone else here ever wrestle or boxed?

I've done both but am amused when 14 kids try to explain to me that wwe is the only wrestling allowed to be discussed here. That and all the e-thugs who send e-mails saying they are tough. Did anyone else here even play any sports in high school( no band is not a sport)? I just feel bad when people come on here to discuss real wrestling and get ran off.

I think that people should be allowed to ask questions about wrestling of any kind here, because where else should they ask it?  I mean this is the wrestling section... not the professional wrestling section or the sports entertainment section, while i am here to ask/answer pro wrestling questions, i don't think people should declare ownership of a section EVER!

lol that is so true. I made a question about how people say TNA sucks..i think you answered it too. You cant talk about ROH, TNA, Wrestling at school or anything like that on here. You know?

If you do, you get abuse and everything like that. Ive just turned 15 and im nothing like those 14 year old kids who think this section is for WWE. I feel bad for the people who come here once or twice, to ask a simple question, not WWE related...and they got ALOT of saracastic comments thrown at them. Its the 'Wrestling' Section - not the WWE section. As much as i like WWE, it pisses me off how some people think it is the best or only promotion out there.

Some kids need to go watch ROH, TNA, NOAH or something. This section does not belong to WWE fans. It is for Wrestling in general.

I did wrestling off-season training in my first year of highschool, but I wanted to be one of the "cool jocks" and slacked on my grades, so my mother made me quit and banned me from any sports for the rest of year (deservely so). It was a harsh lesson but one I needed to learn and vastly benefitted from as I learned I had to be a student first, not the other way around, and I even made the honor roll the next year. I never rejoined the wrestling team and just mainly sticked to football after that, but still had a healthy respect for it.

PS: They don't need to play sports to be tough, they just hit the keyboard hard and use big boy cuss words to prove their "superior athletic" abilities.

Yes, I've boxed and wrestled. Free-Style Wrestling in fact. I didn't know that this was the WWE Section. WWE is Sports Entertainment. There is a lot of better wrestling in other wrestling promotions. Both TNA and WWE will have comedy segments that are dumb. ROH is more about Wrestling, in that respect they are like All Japan, Dragons Gate and Pro Wrestling Noah.
