What halloween costume could I base off of a dress that looks like the one in the top right (black and red). I really like it.

It's a 60 dress, so any ideas?

Maybe you could be a flapper, you know, from the 20s. Just wear a black short wig, flashy, cheap, and gaudy jewlery, heavy make up, heals, and maybe fish nets or tights.
