I am 16 years old. I have dipped tobacco for over a year now.It has became a real habit. I am aware that it is illegal in NC to purchase tobacco if you are under 18. My question is, is it illegal to have tobacco if you are under 18?

of course..its the same thing if you get caught holding a liquor bottle and ur still a minor..
