  1. It depends where you are, where are you.

  2. to get on: pay the fair. usually a little machine that accepts bills and coins

    Take your seat.

    Wait for your stop

Exit the bus when it stops.

I know it can be a little overwhelming but you'll get used to it

  3. You go to the bus stop, wait for the bus, take a look down the street at about the time the bus is supposed to get there, then stand up. Make sure the driver sees you, because sometimes if there's no one at the stop, they won't stop. Some bus stops have a button you push that activates a blinking light so the driver knows to stop there. Then the driver opens the front door, you hop on, put your money in the machine by the driver, and take a seat. You either need exact change or a bus pass. To get off, you watch for your stop and use the signal by your seat to tell the driver to stop at the next stop. Sometimes it's a cable or a chain, sometimes it's a flat strip you press. It sounds an alarm like a bell or a buzzer near the driver. He stops, you get off either at the front or the back of the bus, whichever door you are close to.
