I know its a long shot...I'm looking for Umberto Minozzi?

He is my father who I never met. I may have spelt his name incorrectly, my mother is also not sure of the spelling. He was born in Tirol, Italy, and when my very naive mother met him and made me, he was living and working in Venice. He told my mother that he was an accountant. I contacted the Italian embassy and I placed an advert in the Venician newspaper. I don't have the finances to hire somebody to find him for me. I would be satisfied with a photo of him and/ or his family if I can't meet him or if he has passed away already.

Like I said, I know it's a long shot........

According to our  web phonebook, there are several "Minozzi" into Padova's area, and someone into Venice. But just one "Umberto". If you or your mother can speak Italian, you can try to check them all.
