  1. DIARRHEA: Do not confuse diarrhea with Wet Tail. Diarrhea is generally the result of overfeeding fresh vegetables and fruit, a sudden dietary change or mild stress. (Improperly cleaned water bottles with a build up of green algae can also cause diarrhea.) Symptoms include loose droppings that are lighter in color than normal and a wet or dirty "bottom." Remove all fresh fruits and vegetables and keep him/her on a diet of dry grains, burned toast and plenty of water. Fresh produce can be introduced after the condition has subsided for two or three days. If the diarrhea does not improve within a few days, veterinarian advice should be sought.

  2. No diarrhea is not good but you can give it raspberry leaves they are helpful with diarrhea

  3. What has he been eating lately? Have you been feeding him any watery vegetables or fruits? That can cause diarrhea. Only feed your hamster dry food for a while, as well as oats or boiled rice. You can also put a bit of pedia-lyte or chamomile tea in the water.

  4. i dont know, but i think it is best you take your hamster to the vet. i had a hamster they make great pets. i hope there is nothing wrong with him :)

  5. Give him un sweetened tea to drink today and he will be OK.

  6. Take him to the vet! The same thing happened to my hamster (Joey) 3 days ago and he died...Then his brother ate the body. It was very graphic and very sad. Please take him to the vet!
