  1. You may have diabetes.  Get checked by another doctor.

  2. I really would be surprised if an agent was lying to you about your results. As an agent we dread bad test results because most people won't buy the plan when the test comes out bad. There may have been some kind of mix up. I would get a copy of the blood results and see what the problem is. You can also stop in the local volunteer fire department and ask them to check your blood sugar level. I was a Volunteer EMT and a with a quick finger prick we could test you to see if your numbers were bad, if they are you should get to a doctor very soon. If they are good you can let the agent know and ask for another test. Something is not quite right and you definitely need to make sure it is not your blood. Good Luck

  3. Your agent and the nurse are both licensed professionals. A couple of extra dollars from you isn't worth risking their professional life. h**l, the nurse is most likely paid a flat fee for the blood work. Why would she lie?

This increased bill should be the least of your worries. You should be worried about your health. Go to your doctor and have yourself tested. If you have a clean bill of health you can send that information off to your carrier.

  4. It seems like you allready answered your own question. Take another blood test at a clinic or hospital. Get the results from a real doctor not an insurance agent. If you find that you are not diabetic, then you can sue the inurance agent for fraud and you will make alot of money on it and you will bring exposure to this illegal company.
