I know not to take certain prescriptions with grapefruitjuice. What about grapefruit flavor Chrystal Light ?

yeah the artificial flavoring shouldnt have much effect. and you need to drink at least 2-3  8oz glasses of real grapefruit juice on a daily basis for an extended period of time for it to have a  significant effect on drug levels, the stickers on the prescription vials can be a little on the alarmist side

It is only grapefruit or extracted grapefruit juice itself.  The artificial grapefruit flavouring won`t have that effect.

A recent study suggests there may be a similar problem with orange and apple juice as well.
