I know someone who is from canada and he doesn't have a SSN and he needs a job!! HELP!?

the only way to get a ssn for him is to get married and stay married for three years.... he has no where to live and needs money badly where can he get a job of decent pay? he has his building inspecting liscence for CA but theres really nothing he can do with that HELP
