I know that i can go to my embassy and get my passport but for personal reasons they are not gonna give me?

Question

So my quastion is Can i travel to cancun with traveldocument and a green card with NO PASSPORT or do i need visa, Becouse last year i went to Holland with just a traveldocument ID and a visa WITHOUT a passport so i don,t know how it works going to Mexico.

Depends on what country you are in. In the US, as a US citizen, you will need a passport if you are flying.  If you travel by boat, you are ok for now.

Unless you are from the US (which by your name and the fact that you have a Green Card is not likely) you are automatically required to have a passport.  You might also require a visa (check previous link)

Plus you have to check whether the US will let you back without passport.  I do not think the Green card is enough.  I do not know if they will accept your Travel Documents.
