Question:

I know that this might sound silly but what can i do to get a nice butt?

i always had a major pet peeve and it is may rear end i tried eating all kinds of foods and special creams. Instead of going under the knife is there any other suggestions on getting a nice plump butt.

  1. What has worked for me is excersice.

    I have Jogged up a sloped street or sit ups.

    Its a natural and healthy way to pump up the bottom ;)

  2. Building up the muscles underneath will round it out more. Lie on your stomach with your arms at your sides. Slowly raise one leg as high as you comfortably can. Hold for 3-5 seconds, then let it down slowly. Repeat with the other leg. Work up to doing each leg 10 times, either 10 at once for a leg or by alternating each leg once for 10 times.

    Also do 10 reps of raising both legs at the same time.

    Slow pace and building up without straining, which follows the way of classic hatha yoga, will make the muscles smoother and the shape rounder.

    Walking, jogging and stair climbng are good activities for strengthening the butt muscles.

    Just as something that can't hurt to try, start drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Some of that butt fat evolved for storing water. The 8 glasses are recommended anyway, so try it for a couple of weeks and see if it helps.

    Now, as to plump? Muscular isn't plump. Plump is soft. If you're genetically set to have a small butt, you can even get fat and still be small behind. But give the things above a try. They'll make the most of what you have.

The best thing you can do to build glutes is walking squats with weight in each hand, preferably 10-15lbs each.  Stand straight and make sure you have room to walk foward.  Take a big step forward and squat down, but make sure your knee does not touch the ground.  Come back up, and as you do, take another step forward and repeat.  Do a few reps of this (4 sets of 10).  The key is to do it every other day because your muscles need at least 24hrs to repair & build.  And always remember to do lots of cardio to burn that fat, and you will have a sculpted booty in about 2-3 months!

  4. You need to do glute training in a gym with weights to build the booty muscles. Best advice is to talk to a trainer in the gym, find one you're comfortable with then tell them you want to build those muscles so they can work with you and you wont waste your time or build up the wrong muscles, it'll be worth it if you're dedicated. Remember to eat healthy and drink like a lot of water too.
