  1. According to the 2nd amendment you don't need any permits or fees etc.* The Right to Keep and Bear Arms Shall Not Be Infringed.* Do you see anything in there about permits, fees, open carry, concealed carry? I don't.* When are the people going to insist that the Federal, State, County, or Local Governments live up to our 2nd Amendment to the Constitution as it was written by our Founding Fathers?* How much longer are we going to put up with them Ignoring, Subverting, Denying, Compromising, and Violating our 2nd Amendment Rights?* Guns have only two (2*) Enemy's RUST and Politicians..**

  2. Depends on your state and county laws.

You can also ask your local police dept. or gun shop.

  3. Depends on the state you are in. Click on this link and then click on your state.

  4. In Florida it is not considered concealed if it is carried exposed on your belt

    It is considered a misdemeanor

For about one weekend back in '87 it was legal to open carry because of some poor wording in the new CCW law

The loophole was quickly closed and it was once again illegal to carry openly with or without a CCW permit

  5. Try contacting your local law enforcement agency & ask your question.

As important as this question is ( someone giving the wrong answer to your question, might get you arrested ), ask the proper folks

  6. This varies by state. Try this site -

    http://www.opencarry.org/

-click on maps, then click on your state

  7. Depends on the State, but generally yes. It is considered a concealed weapon in Florida if it is in a holster on your belt. The law a few years ago allowed people to openly display guns because of the way "concealed weapon" was defined, but the definition was changed.

  8. Most states require a permit for open carry. The only state I know of that doesn't is Vermont.

  9. You can open carry in NH. Do a search on youtube for "open carry trash pick up" there's a bunch of guys that go around and pick up rubbish here while open carrying.

  10. Yes, just because it is not concealed it does not mean you can carry it around. All a concealed weapons permit does is allow you to carry a handgun around it does not matter if it is actually concealed or not. I have a ccw I recommend you do hide it just so you don't cause mass chaos no matter how cool it looks or if you want to be Clint Eastwood ; )

  11. Depends on the state you are in and its laws.

In Texas you can not carry an exposed weapon even with a CHL.

Most cities do not allow people to carry a weapon in public.

  12. Only if you live in an open-carry State and open carry is not otherwise prohibited by City or County ordinance.
