  1. 70 % of hour body is water

  2. Drinking clean and filtered water is very safe, moreover drinking water used is medication and diet, drinking lot of water clean your body and remove wastes

  3. It is entirely safe to drink only water.  I quit drinking everything but water for about a year and lost weight by doing this too.  It was not extreme weight loss but i felt healthier than ever.  Not only was I fine but I got pregnant during that time & also supported anothers life with water alone.  I am NOT a milk person & have never been but just took extra folic acid & vitamins to make up for the calcium loss.

  4. As long as you get all your other required vitamins and nutrients from other sources then yes.  But milk is a great source for calcium and various juices are great for vitamins.

Also, like anything, over consumption of anything can be bad for your health.  For example drinking liters of water in a single sitting can cause water intoxication, which is potentially fatal.
