i have thought of a list of the various meanings of life..do you agree with me on any?..what do u think is the most important?..

1. To advance the intelligence and survival of the human race (through technology, birth)

2. To go to heaven and be one with God(s) (whichever one u have, if u have one)

3. To improve your own life (in wealth or love) and achive the highest level of happines, contentness or your definition of perfection

i believe that if u can think of any other reasons..they would fall under one one of these catagories...pretty good for a teenage girl right??

  1. i agree mostly with the right one that..pretty good for a teenage girl

  2. I don't think for one minute that Our Lord wants us to serve Him. He, when in the flesh serviced man kind by doing the will of our Universal father.

P.1219 - §6 In so far as man's evolving morontia (Spirit ) soul becomes permeated by truth, beauty, and goodness as the value-realization of God-consciousness, such a resultant being becomes indestructible. If there is no survival of eternal values in the evolving soul of man, then mortal existence is without meaning, and life itself is a tragic illusion. But it is forever true: What you begin in time you will assuredly finish in eternity--if it is worth finishing.

If this is true our purpose is to be God like through service to each other where we will add to our Soul of survival.

  3. Yes on #2: to know, serve, and glorify our Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ.  John 3:16

  4. nahh...you can only assume

what you do not know for fact.

i think the meaning of life is being

able to cope with this question

    never being answered...but then again

    im only assuming =]

  5. Life has no meaning.. it's just there

Too bad you believe in that Christ and God stuff... thought this would be a good topic... Gods don't exist mate..

I'd say No! it's not good for a teenage girl... these are just the simplest things you (me) could think of

  6. I think all of your meanings are correct, and their is no wrong answer.

Everyone has their own "Meaning" of the word "Meaning", and so forth.

    Good job with the question.

  7. I definitely think that the vast majority of people would say that either or all of those are the meanings to their lives. I agree with ya!

  8. to be happy

  9. I'm happy you're with the Holy Spirit!

    AMEN!     GOD BLESS!      AMEN!

  10. I agree with your #3 - because in my own life I have been on a mission to live my life to the fullest.  I use to be very negative, and hated my life.  Since I started on a road to self discovery my world is positive, I am so happy, and grateful for all the wonderful people and things in my world.

I am living in an natural high, a high on life.  My life is wonderful, I wake up with a great attitude, and no longer take things for granted.  I have an enormous heart and desire to share my honesty, and my view in this world.  So far, I have a lot of people willing to listen because they want to increase their life for the better.

    Thanks for reading!

  11. well i think you are both right and wrong at the same time. i believe that there is no general meaning of life. everybody as to give their own life meaning. so if you believe that something is the meaning of life, then it is, because it is the meaning of YOUR life.

  12. All of that is incorrect

We live to Serve Christ....Nothing more

  13. I disagree with number 2. Plenty of people are living great, successful lives without trying to serve God. I some-what agree with number 3. Life is about happiness and being content. If all beings were happy, that would be amazing. But it takes compromise to do this. I think that the people that go out everyday trying to make a positive impact are the ones that keep the world spinning. If more and more people were like this, they would be able to keep the world going much much much longer.

  14. We live to serve Christ and all his brothers and sisters (everyone)

  15. to leave the ordinary behind and become extraordinary

to achieve my full potential in a way that benefits mankind and means that my life will have been worth while

To be remembered long in 200 years time!!!
