Question

I applied for UK visa and I was placed on appeal by the British embassy. I have the chance of re-applying but I spoke with my agent that provided the documents for me and I was told I can't get the documents back. Meanwhile, I don't have copies of the documents since the agent has the original. I spoke with another travelling agent and I was told that for me to appeal, I will have to submit the appeal form with the documents which I do not have a single copy of except for my international passport.

I know there are professionals here so I need your professional advise.

Never go via an agent. It is not done that way.If you apply for a visa for any country yourself with honest and true documents you will get a visa.That is except the USA missions who prefer "Russian roulette"

Your documentation shoud be in the british emabssy files. They took copies and is better you call them to be sure they have those documents. Good Luck Emmanuel.
