I know there is a charlie brown where snoopy drives a car and they are going on a trip but gets stuck and they have to sleep outside and they are by a house or mansion and there is a uncle and child the uncles tells her not to mess with them i cant find it or i don't even know whats it called i will give 10 points whoever finds it and lets me know where to watch it online

The movie you're thinking of is "Bon Voyage, Charlie Brown" in which the characters take a trip to Europe.  I'm sure there's sites out there which will allow you to download it, but I'm not going to waste my time on something you can do yourself.
