I know this gets asked a lot, but...?

It would be great if someone could tell me the fastest way to lose weight. From experience, if possible. I know, the healthiest way is to eat right and to exercise, but those results are over time and not quickly. I have three weeks to lose visible weight, if at all possible. I'll eat right and exercise after this, I promise, I just need the help now :) Thanks so much!

  2. truly i think the diet can and will help, buy you need to commit. i cant even do the recommended diet plans. Anyway you need to eat 5 to 6 meals a day small meals which will constantly keep you metabolism at work. Then you need to exercise run and bike or jump rope. Exercise need to be hard and you need to be in constant motion. I am trying to loose weight I run 10 to11 laps and work out and try to build muscle. By building muscle your body buns more calories. In other words the more muscle you have the more your body will bur while you sleep. trust me you wont get bulky, heck i am trying to get bulky but it takes some time. you will fell something in 3 weeks.

The fastest way I know of is to eat only tuna, the kind packed in water, not oil.   Drink only water.  You will lose weight super fast if you stick to this diet.  You should do cardio everyday too.  You can eat as much tuna as you want, but trust me, you won't want much.  Tuna has no carbs, very little fat, and it's all protein so it will preserve as much muscle as possible.  But you will still lose some muscle whenever you lose weight fast.  You will need to take a fiber supplement or else you won't be able to move your bowels.  You need to drink LOTS of water.  If you stick to this diet, I guarantee you will lose a minimum of 20 pounds in three weeks, but you will probably lose 30 or 40.  I was losing about 2 pounds a day when I did it.  I lost 40 pounds fast and kept it all off.

  4. Visible weight = fat loss

    You canot lose more than 2 lbs of fat per week. Not because it is unhealthy, it just cannot be done without steroids or hormones. You can do resistance exercise and make every pound you lose look like two. So in thre weeks a person with a small build can look noticeably different by eating 10-12 times her weight in calories per day and exercising with weights and performing some cardio.

  5. 30-45 minutes of moderate to intense cardio followed by 30-40 minutes of resistance training for chest, upper/lower back, abs, arms, and legs broken up over 5 days weekly and varied so that the cardio is on each workout session and you're working a different body part on consecutive days with a diet of mostly veggies and lean protein. Make sure you eat more veggies than anything, but include 1-3 servings of fruit earlier in the day and don't eat 2 hours before bedtime. Get good rest too (6.5 to 8 hours of sleep), drink at least 64 oz. of water daily and take a good multivitamin.

    I'm willing to guarantee that if you can do this you will have the most success. Get advice and assistance from your doctor, a nutrition person and trainer to be safe.
