shes 14 going to be 15 and she wont eat.

im supporsting her

but she says nichole richie is her idol...idk what to do?

She is obviously trying to take after Nicole Richie, you should confront her and say "If you keep on straving yourself, it will lead to something serious" she might react badly at first, but it will eventually sink in and you can help her do something about it.

and i was last year but the reason i got help was because my friend told me parents.

so thats all i can say.

i strongly suggest that if you know she is hurting herself, you should tell someone like a parent or like the school guidance counselor or something. starving yourself is not good,you can die. and after you haven't eaten for a certain number of hours your body starts to feed off your muscle tissue, which is also dangerous to your health. i Say tell someone.
