i have a classmate who's like that too. that's because they don't see anyone else who'd be interested with them, so they probably create their own...well, i thought there'd be no cure,, but last school year, she found new friends and got along well with them. then she stops doing that (or at least i dont see her anymore.) ^^,

He Needs a true friend. You must make him realized that hes not alone and that he is being loved.

Sometimes talking to 'imaginery people' can be the only sort of conversation people get when they dont have true friends.
