I know this guy who i hate and he is perverted and he says he's gonna harass me this entire school yr.?

so school"s gonna start and my neighbor (for 7 years he has been the family friend) he's 13 and a half now my parents like/him more than me (im like 13, girl, and going into 7th grade) so he got all friends friends to join in making my life h**l. he says that he's gonna put all these signs on my locker each day (the first 50 days of school) with different catch phrases that his sick mind comes up with

he's always saying "god you're stilla virgin you're lame!" he slaps my but at random times and says "you got a nice ghetto booty!" and those are 2 of the many things he's says that i can post on the internet

and i can't even say what he trys to do to me

anyways i can't tell the school or my mom cuz my family just loves him! but i know he's only going to get worse, way worse and i do know martial arts! and i told him i hate him and stay the f*** away from me so wat do i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first of all... never feel bad for bein a virgin

hes most likely a virgin himself bein only 13

i advise you to talk to your parents and the school about it...

it shouldnt matter if your parents love him... hes harassing you

or... a funner way... kick his ***

make him feel like **** the first time he does something to you

he will look like a p***y infront of his friends and he will stop

and if he hits you back... he will get in more trouble for hitting a girl

You really need to go to your mom and tell her but when you tell her be very firm in what you say .

Here's an example of what you could say .

" Mom I know you like ____ but I really need your help . He is always slapping my rear end saying that I have a nice ghetto booty , saying that I'm lame because I am still a virgin and harassing me at school .

Not only is he doing it but he has got his friends to do it to . "

Let your mom know that you can not and will not take it any more .

That he is making your life miserable .

After telling your mom go and let his mom know what he is doing .

I would also let the principle know what is going on .

And I would let all 3 of them know that if some thing isn't done you will handle the situation the best way you know how .

By letting all 3 of them know you will be covering your rear end . Then when the time comes that you have to take care of the matter yourself , you can then tell them that you came to them for help but they didn't help so you had to do what you thought was necessary .

If nothing is done to help you with this situation and you know martial arts , LAY HIM OUT !!!!! Then let him know he was warned but he didn't listen .

In all honesty though it sounds as if he may like you and this is just a way of getting your attention .

Granted it is the wrong way but I think he is just trying to get your attention .

Yes you can tell the school. Talk first to a counselor. If you have to talk to the police. Do not warn him. Just do it.  This is stalking and it can be stopped. It won't be easy, but it sure won't be easy if you don't put a stop to it.
