Or is this just the media at play again? Does the United States have anything to fear regarding going to war with Russia and/or China in the near future? I mean, didn't WWI and WWII start because of small countries being bullied and invaded? If WWIII started - do you think that would mean that nukes or biological warfare would be used?

  1. I asked the same question... you can look at the answers they gave me.

from what i get out of it, there most likely wont be a war. at the most something like a cold war 2, but still unlikely.

  2. Wise people already explained here - it's just a game of chess. Fighting for domination. Nothing to fear.

How funny it is to read about possible Russian strike on Poland. You just need to come to Russia and see with your own eyes that Russians have  more urgent things to do.

Medvedev and Putin have children. No way they will nuke anybody. BUT Condi hasn't.

  3. Military top does not want to lose their job. They just need an enemy, so they've made one.

    I've asked

Why Russia was denied NATO entry, when they wanted friendship and cooperation? Why all their neighbors are dragged in?

And four ppl just replied they want Russia as enemy.

  4. ww1 1914 .assanion  heir of archduke Ferdinand of Austria-Hungarian throne, ww2 1939  Germany invaded Poland great Britain declared war now we have that out of the way.the media isn't playing at all i have seen nothing on TV today but have on net,Reuters news i don't think china will get involved they expect too much ,the Russians very short fuse .the Americans however well im not so sure.

  5. There is nothing to fear, the russians aren't going to start ww3 as their not powerful enough and they know and even if they were, they still wouldn't want to. China is too busy buildings its economy to want any wars for now. Plus i can't see a war starting, europe is a much diffirent place since ww1 and ww2. Perhaps in the future, but not now will we see ww3.

  6. You know, all of the answers seem to be blindly, hopeful optimistic. I, myself, am an optimist but you need to realize that the Russians are paranoid by nature and by their history.  There is a lot of corruption within their government and their military.  A small spark can create a very large fire.  I think we need to be careful about all of this because the smallest thing could set off something big.  To be so ignorant to say that just because a leader has a child or family, there wouldn't be a nuclear/biological war is a bit too ignorant and naive in my opinion.  No one is going to go right up to push the button but there are two absolutes: EVIL EXISTS in this world AND a study of history will show you that a great war begins from small escalations of one thing to another.  Wisdom from good, honorable leaders is needed at this time.

  7. I don't believe we have to fear a large scale war from the russians or chinese. These three  great countries are so dependent on each other and so heavily armed that war would be suicidal for all of us.WE don't have the factories to turn out massive amounts of war materials the way we did in WW2, and oil dependence on the middle east would severely handicap our full effort to engage an enemy.I also see less patriotism in our citizens and I don't think we could have enough troops without a draft and a closed door policy with canada. The current conflicts are just brush wars, don't take them seriously, but watch Iran. They could cause a lot of problems to world peace.

  8. No.  Russia is basicvally surrounded by NATO countries and their economy is almost totally dependent on US and European bought oil and NG.  More then that, Russia has a large military, but they would not pick a fight with the US and NATO.  They know their limits, this was to test the West's.
