Some notes about Inteen from the website: It basically just runs quietly behind the scenes with very little visual disruption to the normal flow of gameplay. You will not observe any earth shattering visual changes with the InTeenimater installed (see the Installation documentation for instructions on how to verify that the InTeenimater is installed properly). You should instead play the game as you normally would but have new options presented to you when interacting with your teenage sims (in addition to adult sims in relationships with teens). Most functionality requires that you meet certain criteria in order to have those options made available to you. This criteria is largely unchanged from the original game. For instance, Try for Baby is only available if the couple's short-term and long-term relationship levels are sufficiently high and they have no other pressing motives. Unhappy, angry, and jealous sims will likely not have an option to Woohoo or Try for Baby. If you are having trouble getting the option to Try for Baby, make sure the following are true:

Both sims are in love/have a crush and your long-term relationship scores are > 90

Make sure both sims have strong mood scores

Make sure both sims have privacy. In general, beds should be placed in rooms having four or more walls and a door in order to satisfy the game's privacy requirements.

Make sure both sims do not have any pressing/critical motives (hunger, bathroom, etc.)

Verify that you are on a residential lot. Sims on University and Commercial lots cannot have children.
