I'm from Canada and I can tell you that there's no Canadian lottery that you don't have to come here and buy a ticket for and if you win they never tell you bu email or any other method, first off because they have no idea who won in the first place and even if they did they'd prefer you don't cash the ticket since they'd rather keep the money :)

I don't think i've heard from the 'canadian' one, but i've seen the one from U.K.

what i do is i put "full headers" on and click "SPAM" that way the people from yahoo could trace them. good luck.
