  1. yoga is a kind of exercise based on... well the best way to describe it is a sport that includes a spiritual experience while making you work your but off like crazy. It helps with flexibility and tries to help you to find serenity in the MOST uncomfortable positions you can imagine. THe poses and routines are also great for building muscle.   2. Cardio is like a great fast pace dancing exercise that get's your heart going, and yoga is an intense stretching exercise, I recommend doing both.
