I don't have a disorder. I am a pluus size girl. I hardly have time to have meals. I just got my braces on last week. I never eat breakfast because it is early in the morning and i am never hungry. I skip lunch now because i have my braces on and it is very hard to eat with these braces on. When i get home about 3:15pm i will grab a snack. Then i will eat dinner about 5pm. And then i will have a snack before bed. What can i do to get on a healthy eating schedule and what are some good quick foods for on the go?
