I know this is random, but what kid tv show is this?

I can only describe what I remember. It was puppets like Sesame Street. I only remember one character. It was a boy puppet and his name was Sky. He was yellow with blue hair. I think he wore a hat. Like one of those fan hats. And I think they lived in a green house. I know there were more characters but that is all I remember. There was also a different show. I forget any characters names but the guy would always do jumping jacks. And it was a childrens show. Idk why I want to know so badly. Please help!

It was The Puzzle Place, with a group of multi-ethnic kids.

There was Skye, Kiki, Ben, Julie, Leon and Jodi.  (Plus Sizzle and Nuzzle the pets!)
