nakimushi = crybaby

then depending on the severity of the scolding

damatte, nakimushi = stfu you crybaby

shizuka ni (shite), nakimushi = be quiet crybaby

shizuka ni shinasai nakimushi= shut up crybaby

shizuka ni shitekudasai nakimushi = be quiet please crybaby

The other answerer has an okay response which translates to something like "Until when will you cry, crybaby?" but when you want to be clear and straight to the point it's better to keep it short I think!

Something like "泣き虫いつまで泣いてんだ！" (nakimushi itsu made naitenda!) might work.
