Ok well theres this older man who lives right next to me. Hes about in his 30s and Im not sure if he lives alone or not. (im almost 15 btw) anyways hes very attractive to me and hes rugged and whenever I see him hes not wearing a shirt which makes me even more attracted to him.

So I go out and walk my dog and get the mail but whenever I do that I try to get his attention and I wear short shorts and tank tops that show my cleveage. I also wear thongs and pull my shorts down a little so that they show a bit and ill pretend im itchy and I'll take my hand and pull my shorts down a bit and show part of my thong.

He turns over and looks and Ill smile and wink at him and than he will smile back.

How do I stop myself from being attracted to him so much?

This cant be normal. Is it?

To me, it sounds like you are being a total tease with no regard for this man's future or his reputation, which sounds like very immature behavior. He could end up in jail with his life ruined if anyone thought anything inappropriate were going on with you, and your behavior could be misconstrued by anyone looking on as an indication that he's receptive to your teasing. Your reputation wouldn't be worth much, either. It's normal for you to want to attract an older man (many girls like that fantasy of having their egos boosted), but it also seems to indicate that you only value yourself based on how well you can tease an older man, as opposed to attracting someone with characteristics other than misplaced s*x appeal and looks. I would find someone else to obsess about (someone closer to your age!) instead of trying to get this man in trouble.

I was 15 when my boyfriend was 22. We were dating for 3 years (until I had to move away) and it isn't Illegal here because the age for s*x is 14. I don't think age matters, but if you aren't emotionally connected to him, and it's all about looks, I think you need to grab your brain, think about it, and get some sense. You're hormones are just taking you over, and that's all it is. It would be a bit different if you guys knew eachother, but I think, if anyone is 10 years older than you, you should be dating them (just telling you in case you want to date him). 10 years older is still pushing it, but hey, my boyfriend was 7 years older than me, so whatever.

BUT, the other thing is, I was LUCKY: my boyfriend is a great guy - we didn't have s*x until after my 16th birthday, and he NEVER pressured me for it either. He never made me feel bad or awkward...and if the guy you like is a "TYPICAL" jerk guy, then I DO NOT recommend going out with him at all - kill your attraction, as hard as it may be, because it's only going to get you hurt if you go too far!

So, use your own discretion and talk to your mom or friend's mom's about it. Someone older woman that you trust.

It's probably very 'normal,' but that doesn't make it smart. What do you plan to do when he decides to take you up on your implied offer?

It is totally normal to be attracted to older guys. Even guys that old. I am sixteen and if I had it my way I would be with older guys to but unfortunately it is illegal for us right now. Wait it out about 3 years. Go off to college then comeback for thanks giving or Christmas or something and then flirt. You might even be able to actually have a relationship then but now it is just not right.

Just don't think you are alone there are a bunch of girls who are attracted to older men. We just have to stick together until we can act on it!

its normal..but i would stop what your doing. he is probably think you like him in that way and you wanna become more than "just neighbors". you never know what could happen. when your parents leave for the weekend, and he knows..he might "stop by your house"..and take advantage of you. and as much as you find him attractive..i dont think you want that to happen..
