I know this may sound nasty but I just want to know!!!?

Question

I read online that a man needs to ejaculate on a regular basics to keep his sperm active( not sure if that’s true). But on the other hand I always thought that is a man m********e too much he can kill off his sperm and have a low sperm count. What kind of affect can masturbation with a man and his sperm?

Hold in your sperm or "Saving it up" is not a good thing while trying to concieve.  Yes it produces more sperm to do this, however the sperm also seems to be tired and sluggish when you "save it up".

It is good to ejaculate often, but I would say not every day when trying to concieve.

If he ejaculates everyday, then it will lower his sperm count, whether it is by masturbation or s*x.  If you are ttc, then you should tell him to quit masturbating, and have s*x with you every other day.  s*x feels better anyways!!

Well if a man gets off a lot the strength of his sprem will be low but not inactive

My husband an i had to get him tested and my doctor said that yes to much masturbation can cause low sperm count. It is best to have him do so every other day. I would have s*x every other day while ttc.  Good luck.
