my cousin who is 27 has 3 kids, and she's thin in her stomach area, but but the thighs are a little bit bigger.

and I'm13 and my thighs aren't huge they are just a little big. and my stomach area is thin

and i think that if i keep eating what I'm eating then I'm just gonna gain more weight, and i have already been telling myself to eat in moderation, and i have.

but my family isn't so used to this new me, because i want to jog every morning and eat sparingly. but i cant drive. and i guess they are used to me being lazy and not wanting to do anything, when i would really rather get up and jog in the morning

and i also go to curves, but my mom is sick and we probably wont be back until october some time.

and when i jog, i don't feel like I'm losing any weight, and even when i go to work out in the mornings, i don't feel "the burn" you are supposed to feel

and i don't want to jog at least 3 times a week and just gain muscle, that will make my thighs look even bigger!

and if it helps, i think im 145 lbs. [or very close around that area] my height is 5'3 3/4

i drink water

i eat healthy

we dont go out to eat every night only like once every.. 2 months?

i dont eat alot of candy/donuts

and i play golf

i want to start out early so that when I'm 27ish i dont want to be 200 lbs,

[MY COUSIN IS NOT 200 LBS. by the way]

if you could help me with anything that i just asked you could get 12 points

2 for anwsering, and 10 for best answer = 12pts.

help me!!

  1. First, jogging will not make your legs gain muscle.  Jogging is a cardio exercise that will slim down everything, including your legs.  Do you ever see marathon runners?  They have very thin legs and not much muscle.

The trick is to exercise for a long duration in one session.  If you walk/jog for 50 minutes straight, three times a week, I promise you will start losing weight.  The weight-training isn't nearly as important as the cardiovascular exercise you do.  You're a female, so you won't gain a ton of muscle from training, but running will knock it all off.

Go out and walk or run!

  2. Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism. Here are some free workout videos and other tips to lose weight fast..

  3. You're right.

    That is hard to answer.

    I'm almost 13 and i weigh 117.

    but i am kinda big.

    im short though.

but my thighs are a tad big and my stomach is small.

    and my breast are bigger.

ive tried to do a lot of that stuff!

you just need to get active in a couple or few dif. sports and dont stay inside all day. when its warm outside, find somewhere to swim. or go places with friends.

when theres nothing to do find something to do outside.

just think about it.. the more involved you are the more active you are!!

  4. Your body needs fat and calories to survive. Instead of taking away everything that has fat in it, you should start eating food with the right kind of fat and calories, for example, the fat oil from fish is very healthy.  If you start to starve your body, your body will go into survival mode. This means that when you reduce the fat you eat to a minimum, your body will preserve a higher percentage of the fat it's given. Let's say you normally eat a lot of fat, more than your body needs, it will only store maybe 25% of the fat. But when you reduce the fat to a minimum, it will at first do as normal and by that you will lose weight...for a short time...Then your body will adjust by starting to store maybe 50% of the small amount of fat you digest.  What do you think will happen at once the diet is over? You will gain weight even faster than before.  So, periods of starving or strict diets will make you even fatter than before.
