  1. no, I wore them all the time. I had the 3 pairs that were only for a year, 1 every 4 months. I wore 1 pair till they seemed to bug me...dry out easily, past 4 months. Then I would use a new pair.


  2. Yes they do expire actually!! The expiration date should be on the box.
